Eating for two?

I hate to be the one to break it to you but eating for two is not a thing. I'll admit, the first trimester's need for food makes you certainly feel like you are eating for two however, according to research you shouldn't start to eat more until the second and third trimester with which you should only eat approximately 300 calories more than usual a day, I mean that doesn't even amount to one of the five chocolate bars you may have devoured on the weekend.


If you do always feel hungry perhaps choose what you eat more wisely and dependent on which part of the day you feel most hungry. Hunger can also be a result of dehydration, so drink plenty of water!
